estate appraisal experience, Art is a Certified General
Appraiser in Louisiana and Mississippi. He has an
extensive background in residential, commercial,
industrial, retail, vacant, and varied special-purpose
properties. He has a complete working knowledge of
appraisal techniques and property values and has
extensive experience in the analysis of major investment
properties such as apartment complexes, hotels, and
office buildings.
