Twenty years of experience as a construction engineer have provided Jim with substantial knowledge of costing and budgeting techniques in addition to his extensive knowledge of construction practices and techniques relating to commercial and industrial properties. Jim's work as an engineer gives him a unique perspective in the financial planning, resource allocation, design review, and preparation of cost estimates for complex commercial and industrial projects. He has also qualified to testify as an expert in the field of real estate appraisal in federal district courts of Louisiana.
